he did know they were made at Dunafoldvar.After seeing the sneakers from Brazil and Colombia, some one of my readers arranged for me to obtain some pictures of sneakers from Hungary.
The Tisza brand pictured here is still in business... their Web site has their current product line.

was able to tell me these sneakers were from Tisza and they were made in the
mid-1990's. He said they were no longer in production.
These
white low-tops from Tisza were in made after the blue high-tops.
Here
are two more shoes from Tisza. These are more contemporary-looking than
the other examples.
